Family with kids beware of this place
The manager was pretty nice. He checked us in quickly without any hassle which was a relief after the drive.
It wasn't cheap, but it was acceptable for a short stay.

closet doors stuck, very hard to open It was very difficult to get ahold of the front desk, I had to call several times and no response, that was during the day. Night shift picked up right away. While staying there, I had wo walk over to the front desk and then still wait for someone to come and assist me.

The check-in lady was very nice and helpful.
The Paysonglo Lodge is an outdated facility and is somewhat like a faded rose in quality. The surrounding neighborhood is like a faded rose as well.

modern room, clean space, no odor
Hot water took far too long to get warm!!! I've never been in a place where the shower ran out of hot water so quickly!!! A curtain change could do wonders for the bathroom vibe!!!

Enjoyed our spotlessly clean and updated rooms in this hotel.
The personnel was super-friendly and respectful. The room was updated and clean and available with refrigerator and microwave...

Bathroom faucet (interior) was dirty; water pressure was very low; carpet was musty; blanket was questionably clean - had "pills" all over it.

Why didn't I try this sooner?
This place exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean with wood-look flooring. I loved the easy access to nearby dining options and the staff was always ready to help. While I missed having breakfast on-site, the coffee bar was a great perk to start the day!

comfortable room but missing some amenities
The updates to the bathroom, including a new toilet and sink, were refreshing. I appreciated the comfortable king bed which ensured a good night's sleep. Fresh paint in the room added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

The room was clean & your staff was very customer friendly.
Only 2 bath towels for 2 adults is not feasible. The contintental breakfast room is too small to accomidate your customers. We didn't even attempt to go into the room because it was too crouded. The grounds were not attractive at all & the parking (back building) would be difficult to navigate even for an experienced driver (too tight). Jacuzzi was not working & several chairs & a table were broken located in the pool area. This area was not appealing at all.

The staff was very Friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.!!! The continental breakfast was more than adequate with a nice assortment of breads, pastries. Cereals. Fruits and juices. More Tables are needed, especially ones for 2.
The repair and maintenance was very Evidently Lacking and not a priority, especially the Exterior of the Main single level buildings. There are some very needed repairs. Ironically, much of it was cosmetic and would be relatively inexpensive, especially if the owner was handy and " hands on ". ( or a part-time, talented handy man was hired. ). The two story building located across the small street where the pool and jacuzzi ( not in use ) were built , get this, had no windows in all interior rooms !!!!!!! Only the four end rooms had side ( end of building ) windows. @We had never seen anything like it and were originally booked there but Quickly switched to one of the main one level "Casitas"' with windows like normal rooms. The bathrooms could definitely use some repair and modernizing. However, our room was as clean as could be expected but it would have been nice to have a head board.

The queen room was surprisingly spacious, and I loved having a mini-fridge to store drinks. It was nice to unwind by the small pool area in the evenings. The only downside was the slightly worn-out towels, but overall it was a cozy stay 😄

Inexpensive
Rooms could be larger and more up to date.

The air conditioner took about 8 hours to cool down the warm room, and it was so noisy! It sounded like a jet engine all night long and my ears were actually hurting. The bed was very uncomfortable and pillows too small. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep either night. The hot tub wasn't working, the internet didn't work, the ice machine works 50% of the time and the front desk printer didn't work properly to get a good copy of our receipt. Just a few little maintenance-type things would have made this stay a lot nicer for us.
